Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Little Adventure Bus website and your booking of a Little Adventure Bus mobile play party (the “Services”). By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

About Little Adventure Bus

Little Adventure Bus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile, on-site kids’ play party experiences delivered to your home, school, or event location within our service area.

Booking & Deposit

  • A booking request does not guarantee your date. Your requested date is held for 24 hours while we await your deposit.
  • A $100 deposit is required to confirm and lock in your date, paid via Zelle. You’ll receive a unique booking reference number to include in your Zelle payment memo.
  • If we do not receive your deposit within the 24-hour hold window, your requested date may become available to other customers.
  • Once your deposit payment is verified and confirmed by us, your booking is considered confirmed.

Remaining Balance & Payment Methods

  • The remaining balance for your package is due before your party.
  • We currently accept Zelle as our payment method.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather

  • Cancellations made at least 10 days before your scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before your scheduled event will forfeit the deposit.
  • If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, your event will be rescheduled and your deposit will carry over in full — you will not lose your deposit due to weather-related cancellations.

Event Day Requirements

  • You must provide a clear, accessible space of approximately 35 feet long by 12 feet wide for the bus to park and set up.
  • You must provide access to electricity at the event location.
  • One supervising adult connected to your party (a parent, older sibling, or someone the hosts authorize) must remain on board the bus with the children for the entire duration of the party. This is a mandatory safety requirement, and we reserve the right to pause or end the party if no supervising adult is present.
  • Our service area currently includes Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Jarrell, Hutto, Pflugerville, Florence, Taylor, and Salado, TX, within a 25-mile radius of our home base at no extra charge. A $10-per-mile fee applies beyond that radius.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in a Little Adventure Bus party involves physical, hands-on play activities for children. While we maintain cleaning, sanitizing, and supervision practices as described on our Safety page, physical play carries an inherent risk of minor accidents or injury, as with any active play environment. By booking our Services, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk on behalf of yourself and any children in your care.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Adventure Bus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Little Adventure Bus maintains general liability insurance; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit coverage validly provided under that policy.

Property Damage

You are responsible for ensuring the event location (driveway, yard, or designated space) is suitable and safe for the bus to park and operate. Little Adventure Bus is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the event location.

Photos & Media

We may take photos and videos during your event for use in our marketing, including our website and social media. If you do not want your child or event to be included, please notify us in writing before your event date, and we will honor your request.

Right to Refuse or End Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to end a party early, in situations involving unsafe conduct, failure to have a supervising adult present, or conditions that put children, our staff, or our equipment at risk. No refund is guaranteed in these situations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, along with its effective date.
