Fill out the booking form on our Book page with your event date, package, and details. We hold your date right away, and you’ll get a booking reference number to include when you send your deposit.
A $100 deposit reserves your date, paid via Zelle to info@littleadventurebus.com. Be sure to include your booking reference number in the payment memo so we can match it to your request quickly.
We hold your requested date for 24 hours while we wait for your Zelle payment to arrive and get verified. Once we confirm your payment, your date is officially yours. If we don’t receive it within that window, the date may become available to other families.
The remaining balance is due before your party.
Cancel at least 10 days before your event and your $100 deposit is refundable. Canceling with less notice means the deposit is forfeited.
If we ever need to cancel for bad weather, we reschedule your party and your deposit always carries over — you never lose it.

Yes — an extra hour is $60, a special theme upgrade is $30, and a personalized birthday sign is $30 (already included at no extra cost in the VIP package).
Not within 25 miles of our home base — that’s included at no extra charge. Beyond that, it’s just $10 per additional mile.
Every party currently comes with our signature Construction theme, included at no extra cost. Dinosaurs, Planets, Farm An-imals, and Seasonal themes are coming soon, starting in Novem-ber 2026.
About 35 ft long by 12 ft wide of clear, accessible space for the bus to park.
Just access to electricity at the event location — we handle setup and teardown completely.
Yes — one supervising adult connected to your party (a parent, older sibling, or someone the hosts authorize) stays on board with the kids for the entire party, every time.
No problem — the bus is air-conditioned, so playtime stays comfortable no matter the weather.
Birthdays, schools, daycares, corporate events, and community gatherings — we’re happy to bring the bus to any of these.
We follow the same process every time: clear the sandbox, clean the sand, swap out the toys, and sanitize every surface in the bus — always removing dirt and debris first, then dis-infecting.
We clean the sand thoroughly and close the sandbox for the re-mainder of that event to keep things sanitary.
Yes, Little Adventure Bus carries general liability insurance.
We currently serve Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Jarrell, Hutto, Pflugerville, Florence, Taylor, and Salado, TX.
Travel within 25 miles of our home base is free. Beyond that, a $10-per-mile fee applies.
