We follow the same cleaning process after every event, before the bus ever rolls up to your party:
We always remove dirt and debris first, then disinfect — the order that actually keeps things clean.
One adult connected to your party — a parent, older sibling, or someone the hosts authorize — stays on board with the kids for the entire party. No exceptions.
If we ever need to cancel for bad weather, we reschedule your party and your deposit carries over — you don't lose it.
Cancel at least 10 days before your event and your $100 deposit is refundable. Canceling with less notice means the deposit is forfeited.
No problem — the bus is air-conditioned.
Yes — one supervising adult connected to your party stays on board for the entire party, every time.
We clean the sand thoroughly and close the sandbox for the re-mainder of that event to keep things sanitary.
