  • Event details: your event date, package and theme selection, approximate number of kids, event address or area, and type of event, provided through our booking form.
  • Payment-related information: a booking reference number we generate to match your Zelle payment to your booking. We do not collect or store your bank account, debit, or credit card information directly — payments are made through Zelle, which is operated by its own provider and governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Communications: any information you share with us by phone, email, or through our contact methods.
  • Usage data: information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website (see Section 4).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Confirm and manage your booking, including holding your date and matching your Zelle payment to your booking reference number.
  • Communicate with you about your booking, including confirmations, questions, and updates.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
  • Improve our website and Services.
  • Send you marketing communications, such as promotions or updates about Little Adventure Bus, if you’ve opted in to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our booking form only asks for an approximate number of kids attending your event, not their names or other personal details.
